Acceptance
By downloading or using an app published by SolutionYoursGroup you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to all our apps.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
AI-generated content
Our apps use artificial intelligence to generate text, cards and suggestions. You understand that:
- AI output is creative and informational, not professional advice.
- Health or wellbeing guidance in our apps is general information only. It is not a veterinary, medical, engineering or safety diagnosis or certification, and it does not replace a qualified professional. Always consult the appropriate professional before acting on it.
- Inspection reports generated by FieldReportAI are tools that help you document. You remain the inspector and the responsible professional.
- Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply silly. Verify anything important.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, lists, notes and reports you create. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — including photos of other people or property. Do not use our apps to create unlawful, harassing or deceptive content.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Some features require a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass purchase or rate limits. Do not use our services to send unlawful content or to overload our processing service.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We aim to give notice in release notes for anything significant. Apps are provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of an app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
